Episode 62 is an exclusive, in-person interview with multiple Ironman 70.3 triathlon champion, Richie Cunningham. We sat down to talk about his racing career, favorite (sort of) swim training sessions, and his preparations for his first full Iron distance race.
At the end of the show I give a message to everyone who has sent warm messages to me and my family after the loss of my sister-in-law.
